The benefit of our estimate is that it provides you with a clear document so that when you solicit other estimates you can ask the appropriate questions and thus make alike for like comparison.
Eg: we price up for 2 x coats of emulsion on your walls or ceiling others may only price for 1 x coat and as such they will appear a bit cheaper. However when it becomes clear that a further coat is required that will be charged at a premium. Make sure you ask questions a professional tradesman will be happy to answer your questions.
